Country Care is Medicare and Medicaid certified. Resident billing is computerized.
A monthly accounting is provided for the residents’ trust account.
Room and Board-
Our rooms are unique; coming in all different shapes and sizes.
Prices vary depending on size, private v.s. shared,
and extra facilities such as private bathrooms.
Our fee's are based on the individual needs of the residents:

Level I shared room: $173.00

Level II shared room: $179.00

Private rooms start at $198.00

Oxygen is $6.00 per day

Short Stay/Respite Care (Less than 30 days): $198.00

Country care also offers adult daycare starting at $98.00.
Transportation for Medical Appointments-

Medical appointments in Atchison or Leavenworth are $60.00 for transportation and/or staff escort.

Medical appointments outside of Atchison and Leavenworth are at a fee of $95.00 for transportation and/or staff escort.
Financial Options for Coverage of Care-
There are a variety of financial options that Country Care accepts to help cover the cost of care.
These options include, but are not limited to:
