Our CEO Tammy O'Donnell and her mother, Marty Hegarty, purchased Country Care Nursing home of Easton, Kansas in 1994.

We are a full-service, adult care home offering skilled nursing, respite care, adult daycare, and a full range of rehabilitation services. Country Care has been, and will continue to be, the top choice adult care facility in Leavenworth County.

The Kansas Health Care Association (KHCA), has adopted the Marty Hagerty Life Time Achievement Award, which was started as a result of Marty's long time commitment to resident centered care and establishing our nursing facility as a home and a family.
